DESMONTES Y CONSTRUCCIONES ROMERO is constituted as S.A., and performs moving of land and urbanization of NUCLEAR POWERPLANT IN ASCÓ.

Construction of road link of CUATRO CAMINOS in Sant Vicenç dels Horts.
1979
Laurentino Romero assumes the management of the company and the urbanization of THERMAL CENTRAL OF FOIX is carried out in Cubelles.
1982
Earthworks and pavement of NUCLEAR POWERPLANT in Trillo.
1986
Laurentino Romero assumes the management of the promoting company HEROMAR.
1991
Industrial Estates of MAS BLAU I and BLAU II of 810,000 m2 become urbanized in El Prat de Llobregat. A five years period of urbanization and streets remodeling starts in the town of Sant Cugat del Valles
1996
Urbanization of Industrial Estate of CAN CUYÁS in a sector of 100,000 m2 in Montcada i Reixac.
1997
Urbanization of BOEHRINGER INGELHEIM in a sector of 60,000 m2 in Sant Cugat del Vallés.
1998
The largest DANONE factory in Europe becomes implanted in an area of 320,000 m2 in Aldaia (Valencia)

The Distribution Logistics Centre of MERCADONA is established in an area of 240,000 m2 in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia
2001
The Distribution Logistics Centre of LIDL is developed in an area of 120,000 m2 in Montcada i Reixac.
2003
The factory for COBEGA, the largest Coca-Cola Plant in Europe, is implanted in a sector of 550,000 m2 in Martorelles-Montornés del Valles.
2005
José Carlos Romero assumes the Management of the Group and promotes a modernization process.
PAVIMENTOS ROMERO is born as a company specialized in industrial work.
2007
The Convention Center PORT AVENTURA is executed, in Vilaseca‐Salou.
2010
Plaza Primer de Maig is reformed in Terrassa.

Laurentino y José Carlos Romero bet on the modernization of the project, promoting a new image of the brand Cromsa, that brings together the spirit of effort, customer commitment and continuous improvement.
